PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when operation is restarted after dust in a dust collection case is compressed or removed, a filter part from which dust is removed has a considerably large amount of attached matters to a rough filter or to a filter for collecting fine dust through the rough filter, an attachment amount to the filter for collecting fine dust increases, and the filter is clogged soon. SOLUTION: A dust collection box includes: a first filter which is disposed in a dust collection container and collects rough dust; a second filter for collecting fine dust; and a dust removal means for removing dust of a part of the first filter part. A mesh size of the first filter part for removing dust with the dust removal means is made smaller than that of the first filter part from which dust is not removed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
