PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an antiseptic solution 4A from jumping out of a body in a hand dryer. SOLUTION: The hand dryer includes: a body having a hand insertion space 2A with an upper surface opening; a first blow-off portion provided on the upper side of the hand insertion space and applying air to a hand inserted; first detection means for detecting the hand inserted into the hand insertion space; blowing means for blowing air to the first blow-off portion; and a spray generator provided at the lower part of the first blow-off portion and spraying the disinfectant solution 4A for disinfecting the hand.
