PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an estimating accuracy when a state quantity of a spring lower part member is estimated, in a suspension device equipped with a shock absorber device having an electric motor. SOLUTION: A spring lower part state quantity is estimated based on an acceleration detected by a vertical acceleration sensor 61 built into an electric motor 31 of a shock absorber device 30. Since an upper support 12 is not intervened between the electric motor 31 and a spring lower part member, in estimating the spring lower part state quantity on the basis of a detected value of the vertical acceleration sensor 61 built into the electric motor 31, the estimating accuracy is not affected by vibration of the upper support 12.
