Disclosed is a clamp. The disclosed clamp comprises: a main holder body fastened to a secure rail; supporting means installed on a lower portion of the main holder body to support a work scaffold; and fastening means for clamping from the top and bottom in conjunction with the supporting means. The fastening means comprises: a pressing unit at the lower end for direct clamping against the work scaffold; a vertically movable unit disposed on an upper end of the pressing unit, which has a step portion the width of which tapers narrowly towards the lower end and which is integral with the pressing unit for vertical movement; a rotating portion coupled to the top end of the vertically movable unit via a nut and a bolt, which has a rotating upper head portion; and a sealing unit enclosing the outer surfaces of the vertically movable unit and the rotating portion, which is shielded from dust particles by a shielding means. Accordingly, pressure may be more effectively applied against the work scaffold and, additionally, the clamp is shielded from dust, paint and other particles, which extends the service life of the clamp. |
