The present invention relates to a vacuum pump in the structure that a rotation shaft of one of a pair of screw rotors serves as the rotation shaft of an exterior motor, wherein the deformation of rotation balance is reduced so as to realize stable pumping at the time of rotation of the pair of screw rotors. According to the present invention, provided is a screw rotor type vacuum pump comprising: a pair of screw rotors for rotation to be engaged with each other; a housing for receiving the pair of screw rotors and having a suction hole at one side and a discharge hole at the other side; and a motor for driving the screw rotors; wherein the rotation shaft of any one of the pair of screw rotors is in the integrated shape with that of the motor. |
