TOP-DOWN METHOD USING PRECAST COLUMN AND BUILDING STRUCTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A top-down construction method using a pre-manufactured post and a building structure using the construction method are provided to reduce construction period by simultaneously performing construction under and over the ground. CONSTITUTION: A top-down construction method using a pre-manufactured post is as follows. Ground is punched to form a borehole, into which a pre-manufactured post(100) is inserted. The pre-manufactured post is inserted into the borehole. The inserted post is fixed to cast-in-place pile(150) concrete. The post-inserted ground is excavated. A beam and a slab are installed on a part of the post which is exposed as the ground is excavated.
