<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a service life of a lighting fixture and light-emitting effect by providing a better air current passage and heat dissipation effect. <P>SOLUTION: In an inner case 2, a second aperture 22 and a second housing chamber 21 are included, and a through-hole 24 is installed in the inner case 2. The through-hole 24 is communicated with a first housing chamber 11 and the second housing chamber 21, the inner case 2 is installed in the first housing chamber 11. The second aperture 22 and the first aperture 12 are formed to face the same direction, and a gap is formed between the outer cover 1 and the inner case 2 so that one air stream passage A is formed. A fan 3 is installed in a place neighboring the through-hole 24, and two air stream circulation sides are included in the fan 3, in which the two pieces of air stream circulation sides are formed so that the air stream is caused to pass through the through-hole 24 by suction and blowout of the air stream.
