PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely receive a normal signal even when subsequent stronger normal signals continuously arrive after the arrival of a weak normal signal and noise. SOLUTION: This receiver 1R of a radio signal includes: a detecting portion 110A capable of detecting the arrival of a reception signal by an increase of a receiving level; a determining portion for determining whether the reception signal whose arrival is detected is a normal PDU; and a demodulating portion for demodulating data of the PDU determined to be normal. The detecting portion 110A can detect the arrival of a subsequent reception signal of a different transmission source that is continuous to the previous reception signal that has already arrived by a further increase of the receiving level while the determining portion 110C performs determination.
