PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat layer transfer sheet excelling in scratch resistance while eliminating an intermediate layer heretofore provided between an adhesive layer and a hard coat layer by obtaining high adhesion between the hard coat layer and the adhesive layer provided on the hard coat layer in the hard coat layer transfer sheet for transferring the hard coat layer to a body to be transferred. SOLUTION: The hard coat layer transfer sheet is formed by laminating at least the hard coat layer and the adhesive layer in this order on a base material, wherein the hard coat layer is formed of acrylic-silica hybrid resin using silica with a photosensitive group having photopolymerization reaction, and the adhesive layer contains a silane coupling agent.
