PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo environment providing system taking the requirements of a customer into consideration. SOLUTION: The pseudo environment providing system is provided with: a means for storing system model information as a database, for storing image file path information for constructing a pseudo environment as a database, for storing definition information of a set place in each environment as a database, for storing path information of an error log file collected on each pseudo environment as a database, and for input of at least hearing information from a GUI picture; a means for creating design information data from the input information; a means for transmitting the created design information data; a means for constructing a virtual OS environment from the design information data; a means for applying a design value to the constructed virtual OS environment; a means for collecting a system error log from the constructed virtual OS environment; and a means for retrieving an image file for constructing the virtual OS environment.
