PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor installed type heat storage body used for both air-conditioning and heating, safe, hardly failing and reduced in cost, making the most of the characteristics of concrete used as a heat storage material. SOLUTION: The heat storage body used for both air-conditioning and heating, safe with good quality and hardly failing can be obtained by embedding cold and hot water piping in heat storage concrete, and allowing cold and hot water to pass through the cold and hot water piping to store heat.
