PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply exchange a pavement slab for the purpose of replacing a snow melting heat supply means. SOLUTION: In this pavement slab structure, the pavement slabs 10 are laid on the ground G to form a road surface, and snow melting heat supply means 20 are buried. Each pavement slab 10 includes a lower block 11 placed on the ground G and an upper block 12 placed on the lower block 11. The heat supply means 20 is buried in the upper block 12. The pavement slab 10 is divided into the lower block 11 and the upper block 12, and the heat supply means 20 is buried in the upper block 12, so that when the heat supply means 20 needs replacement due to deterioration or the like, it will be sufficient to exchange only the upper block 12 with another one, and the lower block 11 does not need exchange.
