PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanofiber film production apparatus which can prevent a quality deterioration caused by residual electric charges, a solvent component and the like, and to provide a nanofiber film production method. SOLUTION: The nanofiber film production apparatus for producing a nanofiber accumulation film composed of a polymer substance is characterized by moving an extrusion nozzle 5a on a plane parallel to a trap sheet 11 in a reciprocation period based on a prescribed interval time preliminarily set for forming the accumulation film in a proper quality, in a trap process for trap, on the trap sheet 11, the nanofibers 10a produced by electrically drawing a raw material liquid 10 extruded from the extrusion nozzle 5a and charged. Thereby, the evaporation of the solvent 31 and the removal of electric charges 32 are carried out for each half-period. Thus, the normal formation of unit accumulation layers 30a, 30b and 30c constituting the accumulation film 30 is ensured, and the quality deterioration caused by residual electric charges, the solvent component, and the like can be prevented.
