CONSTITUTION: A display device includes as follows: a lower substrate; a lower display plate including a pixel transistor which is located on the lower substrate; an upper substrate(210); a sensing transistor which is located on the upper substrate; an upper display plate(200) includes a cover layer which covers the sensing transistor.
