PURPOSE: A health improvement system and a method thereof are provided to continuously collect health activity of a user and change health improvement prescription by the collected health activity of the user. CONSTITUTION: Progress of activity prescription related with provided mediation factor is requested to be inputted(S40). Whether a user completes the activity prescription or not is checked(S42). If the purpose of the inputted prescription is not completed, the user is asked to input the physical strength-related information again(S44). A new health improvement prescription guide is created using the inputted physical strength-related information(S45).
