PURPOSE: A battery cell protecting circuit having a plurality of cell is provided to prevent the performance deterioration of a battery by bypassing a current when one of serially connected batteries has a problem. CONSTITUTION: In a battery cell protecting circuit having a plurality of cell, bypassing units are formed in both ends of a battery cell respectively and are connected in parallel with each other. The bypassing unit generate voltage drop corresponding to the fundamental voltage of the battery cell. The bypassing unit is comprised of diodes.
