PURPOSE: A web service target application layer base DDoS attack detecting/treating device are provided to perform application layer base DDoS attack detecting/treating algorithm based on a web service. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(132) receives an HTTP request from a specified client terminal. A data measuring unit(134) measures the URI number of HTTP for predetermined observation time. A DDoS determination unit(136) detects an attempt to connect a client terminal by DDoS attack. A blocking unit(138) blocks the packet of an IP of the client terminal.
