<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular porous bone prosthetic material which consists of a bioabsorbable polymer body having a concave part with the width up to 100-2,000 μm on a surface and having a pore structure with a pore diameter of 5-50 μm while a particle diameter is 100-3,000 μm. <P>SOLUTION: By drying and removing the organic solvents after mixing and freezing particulate matter with particle size of 100-2,000 μm, soluble in liquid which does not dissolve the bioabsorbable polymer but insoluble in the organic solvents, in solution where the bioabsorbable polymer is dissolved in organic solvents, the polymer body which contains the particulate matter and has pore structure with pore diameter of 5-50 μm is prepared. After forming the concave part with the width up to 100-2,000 μm on the surface of the polymer body by pulverizing the polymer body and dissolving and removing the particulate matter in the liquid which does not dissolve the bioabsorbable polymer, the polymer body is sifted, so that the bioabsorbable granular porous bone prosthetic material with the particle size of 100-3,000 μm is produced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
