<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a system in which whether or not an information terminal is within a predetermined area is grasped even when the information terminal is not in operation and which requires only a few hardware elements in introducing the system. <P>SOLUTION: The information terminal includes a radio communication part, a main function part, a power source, a power source monitoring part, and a communication control part. The radio communication part is equipped with a radio communication device that communicates with the outside. The main function part performs information processing that includes data communication with the outside by using the radio communication device. The power source supplies power to the main function part. The monitoring part detects a state of power supply to the main function part by the power source. The communication control part causes the radio communication device to transmit data stored in a memory beforehand to the outside when the state detected by the monitoring part is the state in which the main function part cannot perform the data communication using the radio communication device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
