<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus for detecting the alignment state between the apparatus and an examined eye based on an observation image of the examined eye, capable of accurately detecting the alignment state by eliminating the effect of ambient light. <P>SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic apparatus includes: an optometric unit including an optical system for measuring/examining the examined eye; a plurality of illumination light sources for illuminating the examined eye; an observation optical system for receiving the image of the examined eye illuminated by the plurality of illumination light sources in an imaging element and observing the received image; a display means for displaying the image of the examined eye received in the imaging element; a light source lighting control means for blinking on/off the plurality of illumination light sources in synchronicity with control signals of the imaging element; and an alignment state acquisition means for detecting reflection images of the illumination light sources superimposed on the image of the examined eye by a two-dimensional position detecting element and detecting the alignment state of the optometric unit means relative to the examined eye. The alignment state acquisition means detects the alignment state based on information on differenced signals of the two-dimensional position detecting element obtained in synchronicity with lighting control signals of the plurality of illumination light sources. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
