<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter and the like that has improved light-shielding ratio of a black matrix, while reducing the number of steps in a manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter 1 includes: a substrate 3; red, blue and green colored layers 5R, 5B and 5G, all being formed on a pixel position 7; transparent electrode layers 9 each of which is formed on the colored layer; a semi-transparent black colored layer 5Bk formed on the electrode layer 9; an inter-pixel black matrix (BM) 12a formed by laminating at least red, blue and black colored layers 5R, 5B and 5Bk between the pixel positions 7 on the substrate 3; a frame BM 12b formed by laminating at least the red, blue and black colored layers 5R, 5B and 5Bk on a frame part 2 of the substrate 3; a main photo spacer (PS) 11a formed by laminating at least the red, blue and black colored layers 5R, 5B and 5Bk on the substrate 3; and a frame PS 11b formed by laminating at least the red, blue and black colored layers 5R, 5B and 5Bk outside the main PS 11a, on a frame part 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
