PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film capable of easily manufacturing a transparent conductive circuit with the use of characteristics of a peeling-off control function layer, by solving such problems in patterning of a transparent conductive layer of a recent mainstream like a method by photolithography, a processing method with the use of a laser beam or a method by a printed-electronics technology, that a large-sized manufacturing device is required, or there are problems about cost performance and productivity due to the large number of processes, environmental protection using a large amount of chemical solution, cost performance and productivity requiring process management. SOLUTION: In the transparent conductive film, at least a peeling-off control function layer and a conductive layer are laminated in this order on a light-transmitting support, and the peeling-off control function layer contains a decomposable compound having a functional group for carrying out decomposition and desorption of one or more of low-boiling point volatile substances by reacting with acid or base by granting active energy rays.
