PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin processor that does not permit coins to be jammed and left behind in a conveying part for conveying coins, and surely conveys the coins when sending out coins to be returned and paying back a change. SOLUTION: The processor includes: a feed port 1 for feeding coins; a coin outlet port 2 for sending out coins to be returned; a temporary reserving part 7 for holding temporarily the coins fed from the feed port 1 and for discharging them after transaction; a change part 8 having a structure for storing the coins discharged from the temporary reserving part, and when necessary to pay back a change, discharging the stored coins one by one; a change upward conveyance part 9 for conveying upwards the coins discharged from the change part; and a payment coin conveyance part 10 for conveying the coins conveyed by the change upward conveyance part as the coins to be returned substantially horizontally to the coin outlet port 2.
