PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed wiring board capable of improving operability when the flexible printed wiring board is stuck to a housing etc., and to provide a method of manufacturing the flexible printed wiring board. SOLUTION: A plurality of adhesive layers 4 and 5 are provided at mutually apart places on a flexible printed wiring board body 1, and coated with one release sheet 6. The release sheet 6 has a coating portion 60 coating the adhesive layer 5 and an extension portion 61 extending outward from the coating portion 60, and the adhesive layer 4 is coated with the extension portion 61.
