PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid quality control apparatus which eliminates the fluctuations in liquid quality control. SOLUTION: A beer quality control system 51 includes a beer quality control apparatus 71, a sensor information acquiring and controlling apparatus 73, and a temperature displaying panel 75. The beer quality control apparatus 71 acquires sensor information from the sensor information acquiring and controlling apparatus 73. The beer quality control apparatus 71 determines an executing situation on water cleaning and sponge cleaning for quality control based on the acquired sensor information. The sensor information acquiring and controlling apparatus 73 is installed in a beer feeding piping path of a beer server B1 installed in a restaurant or the like and detects the controlling condition of the beer server B1 using a beer detecting sensor. In addition, the acquired sensor information is accumulated and transmitted to the beer quality control apparatus 71. The sensor information acquiring and controlling apparatus 73 measures the temperature of the cooling water in the beer server B1 using a cooling water temperature sensor. The temperature displaying panel 75 acquires temperature information from the sensor information acquiring and controlling apparatus 73 and displays the information on the panel.
