PURPOSE: A method for fabricating non-woven fabric by electrospinning is provided to prevent counterfeit and to produce security product. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating non-woven fabric comprises: a step of dissolving polymer resin and functional dye in an organic solvent; a step of performing electrospinning to prepare an electrospinning solution; and a step of performing electrospinning. The organic solvent is selected from ketone, aromatic hydrocarbon, carboxylic acid, and alcohol of 1-7 carbon atoms. The polymeric resin is selected from the group consisting of polyurethane, cellulose acetate, polyvinyl acetate, ethylcellulsoe, polystyrene, polyamide, polyvinyl acetal, and polyvinyl butyral.
