METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EMERGENCY CALL USER SWITCHING

<p>A method for emergency call user switching is disclosed. The method comprises: source evolution node B (eNB) selects a cell with the strongest signal as a candidate target cell; source eNB obtains "AC-barringforemergency" and "AC-barringforspecialac" of the target cell and a user's access class (AC) information; source eNB selects and switches the target cell for the user according to the obtained "AC-barringforemergency", "AC-barringforspecialac" and the user's AC information. A device for emergency call user switching is also disclosed. The technical solution can guarantee timely emergency call user switching and switching success rate.</p>
