STATE REPRODUCTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely reproduce the feeling of the external surface of equipment without directly touching it.

SOLUTION: This state reproduction system is provided with: an elastic body whose contact surface with equipment is deformed according to a shape of equipment; a position sensor for detecting the degree of the deformation of the contact surface of the elastic body; an actuator; and a controller for controlling the operation of the actuator according to the detection result of the position sensor so that the shape of the equipment can be reproduced by the actuator.
