<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome such a problem that, when a through-hole serving as a pressure generating chamber or a fluid resistance section is formed by a press processing method, a partition shape for dividing the pressure generating chamber is turned into a boat form-shape to become uneven in joining with other member and ejection characteristics vary for each nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head includes a flow channel plate 1 on which a plurality of pressure generating chambers 12, a fluid resistance section 13 for supplying a liquid to the pressure generating chamber 12 and a nozzle hole 11 corresponding to the pressure generating chamber 12 are formed from one thin plate. The flow channel plate 1, made of a metal material, includes: the pressure generating chamber 12 formed of a groove-shaped indentation 15; the nozzle hole 11 formed at one end in a longitudinal direction of the groove-shaped indentation 15; and the fluid resistance section 13 formed at the other end in the longitudinal direction of the groove-shaped indentation 15. The pressure generating chamber 12, the nozzle hole 11 and the fluid resistance section 13 are formed by deforming the thin plate in a thickness direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
