<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion exchanger of a cooling water supply apparatus improved in ion exchange efficiency and ion exchange capacity, with an elongated service life. <P>SOLUTION: A leading-in side pipe joint 171 and a leading-out side pipe joint 172 of a bypass pipe 17 are set on the upper face of a lid 22, and a leading-in tubular part 24 is connected to an opening part of the leading-in side pipe joint 171. A female screw part 21c formed at the upper end of the body 21a of a housing case 21 is detachably screwed to a male screw part 22a of the lid 22. The male screw part 28a of a connection ring 28 of a partition unit 25 is detachably screwed to a female screw 21d formed at an upper part of the body 21a of the housing case 21. A partitioning tube 26 of the partition unit 25 partitions and forms first and second housing chambers R1, R2 inside the housing case 21, to house ion exchange resins E in both chambers. Cooling water flowing from a connection tube part 29 to the first housing chamber R1 sequentially comes into contact with the ion exchange resins E in the first and second housing chambers R1, R2 with long flow paths and flows into a joining chamber R3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
