<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display stereoscopic vision images without sense of incongruity, when an image of each visual point in the stereoscopic vision images composed of multi-viewpoint images captured by continuous different timings is displayed by continuous different timings. <P>SOLUTION: Based on a second imaging type and information on the imaging order, a controller 218 outputs decoded result of encoded data of an LR pair to a 3D video display device in the same order as the imaging order to display the LR pair.
