The trolley (10) has a frame for surrounding and securing a patient against tilting, and a support table (22) for supporting the standing patient over arms, where the frame is supported at adjustable rollers (26) for moving and fixing the trolley. Module connection holders (56, 58) detachably fasten auxiliary therapy devices (60, 62) and are arranged at the support table, where the auxiliary therapy devices stand upwards opposite to an upper side of the support table. Each of the auxiliary therapy devices has a plate with logs inserted into corresponding formed openings.
