PURPOSE: A subsidiary materials management method for building a ship is provided to automatically calculating amount of needed materials by giving codes to the materials and registering necessary quantities through an ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) system. CONSTITUTION: The necessary quantities of the subsidiary materials for building a ship is registered to an ERP system(S100). A department which builds a ship using the materials registers the installation information of the subsidiary materials to the ERP and manages the registered data(S200). Installed and not-installed states of the materials, stock states, and material state information based on each block process are registered to the ERP system(S300). |
