<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light emitting element improved in reliability, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor light emitting element includes: a conductive support member; a reflection layer disposed on the conductive support member; a light emitting structure which is disposed on the reflection layer and contacts with the layer, and includes a first conductivity-type semiconductor layer, an active layer disposed on the first conductivity-type semiconductor layer and a second conductivity-type semiconductor layer disposed on the active layer; an electrode disposed on the light emitting structure; and a channel layer disposed around the lower surface of the light emitting structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
