<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which is highly flexible at high transparency and has low tucking nature at high workability or handling nature and sufficiently has a low refractive index and is easy for light emitting processing, and to provide a simple and high-efficiency light-distributing system which takes advantage of the material characteristics, in a lighting member and a system using a point light source such as a light-emitting diode. <P>SOLUTION: The light-distributing system is obtained by using a light guide member made from (co) polymer using at least one of olefin as a (co) polymer component selected from 4-methyl-1-pentene, 3-methyl-1-pentene, and 3-methyl-1-butene as a material of a light guide sheet. A diffraction element is used as a means for incident and emitting light. The diffraction element is joined to the light guide member by directly processing it with thermoforming or UV processing or by separately preparing a light emitting element such as a diffraction element.
