<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing proper selection and execution of a first recording mode to make a recording device perform recording processing regardless of whether a predetermined condition is satisfied, or a second recording mode to make the recording device perform the recording processing when the predetermined condition is satisfied, according to a power state of the recording device. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: the recording device performing the recording processing to a recording medium; and an information processing apparatus transmitting a recording instruction to the recording device. The information processing apparatus includes: a means receiving information related to power consumption of the recording device from the recording device; a means selecting one of the first recording mode to make the recording device perform the recording processing regardless of whether the predetermined condition is satisfied, and the second recording mode to make the recording device perform the recording processing when the predetermined condition is satisfied, based on the information related to the received power state; and a means transmitting the recording instruction added with attribute information corresponding to the selected recording mode to the recording device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
