<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control technique stabilizing cold air supply temperature and improving energy saving performance in an air conditioning control method in an information communication machine room. <P>SOLUTION: When a blowout temperature TO of an air conditioner 5 is lowered to a thermo-off transition condition (T0≤Tm), so as to avoid rapid temperature rise within a cold aisle 8 caused by stop of a compressor, the following control is performed. First, at this time, it is determined whether a fan air quantity reaches the maximum (S104). When the air quantity reaches the maximum and the transition condition is applied, a thermo-off state is achieved, and the compressor 5f and a fan are temporarily stopped (S105). Then, during increase to TO>Tm (Yes in S106), return to the thermo-on state is performed and operation of the compressor 5f and the fan is restarted (S107). When the fan air quantity does not reach the maximum in S104, the air quantity is increased by two stages until reaching the maximum air quantity (S108).
