SOLUTION: The robot control device 1 includes the action control part 2, the action instruction part 3, and the power source part 5, and is connected with the robot 4. The action control part 2 includes: a communication part 201; a program memory part 203; a program execution part 204; a robot control part 205; a power source interception detection part 206; and a shut-down execution part 207. The action instruction part 3 includes: a communication part 301; a power source interception signal extraction part 302; a data reading/writing part 303; a data memory part 304; a shut-down signal production part 305; a shut-down execution part 306; and a power source control signal production part 307.
