PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a high-frequency accelerator with excellent electric performance and easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a high-frequency accelerator having a cylindrical part 1 structuring an acceleration cavity, includes a temporary assembling process for temporarily assembling a plurality of structuring members 11 to 14 each having a cutoff shape of the cylindrical part 1 into a shape of the cylindrical part 1 by putting them together, and a jointing process for jointing the plurality of structuring members 11 to 14 with each other. The temporary assembling process includes a process arranging a support member 21 in contact with an inner surface of the cylindrical part 1 for supporting the cylindrical part 1 from inside in the interior of the cylindrical part 1, and the joining process includes a process for jointing along a confronting line 51 of the plurality of structuring members 11 to 14 by friction stirring joint.
