PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing material capable of attaining compactness of a package (a packed object is packed in a corrugated cardboard box), considerable improvement on workability at the time of packing and unpacking, and reduction of the quantity of trash caused by packing, a packing box, and a packing method. SOLUTION: The packed object is hung by sandwiching an elastic film 4 section of the packing material 1 made from a plate material preparing a window 3 in the center, and a polyurethane elastic film 4 which is pasted on a non-window section (frame section 2) of the plate material and covering a window section.
