PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately fill a liquid mixed with a solid material in a container. SOLUTION: When rotary type filling equipment, in which a pinch valve 14 is provided at a filling part arranged at a constant pitch on the outer periphery of a rotation table 11 and an elastic tube 21, a stop valve 30 to pinch the elastic tube 21 for opening and closing on the upper stream side and a slow down valve 40 adjusting a filling flow volume by pinching the elastic tube 21 on the lower stream side are provided in the pinch valve 14, is stopped emergently, filling at the filling part of the filling section is continued respectively and a protrusion correction amount of a lower stream valve 42 of the slow down valve 40 is calculated by a ratio of a measured filling weight detected with a load cell to a targeted filling speed, a correction factor as for the pressure of a filling liquid and a ratio of a number of filling parts at the filling section to a number of filling parts, correction of which is completed, at a low speed filling section and the protrusion position of the lower stream valve 42 is corrected to control a flow volume by operating a slow down valve driving device 43.
