PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a roof member in a stable storage state while sufficiently securing a storage space for the roof member at the rear of a cabin by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: In this upper body structure of a vehicle, at least a driver's seat and a front passenger's seat 4 are arranged above a floor panel 2 forming the bottom surface of a cabin adjacent to each other in the vehicle width direction, and a roof member 10 on the upper side of the cabin is configured to be operable. The front passenger's seat 4 is installed on the floor panel 2 in the fixed state. A storage part 14 for the roof member 10 in the opened state is formed at the rear of the cabin.
