PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in a simple constitution which detects temperature abnormal condition. SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus includes: a transmitting means which transmits a response signal to a received signal by radio; a supporting board which is deformed under a pre-set temperature, and in which the transmitting means is mounted; a receiving means which receives the response signal transmitted by the transmitting means; and an identification means which identifies which transmitting means transmits the response signal received by the receiving means.
