摘要 The present invention relates to a novel di-substituted phenoxyacetyl-based compound, a production method for the same and a pharmaceutical composition for suppressing multiple drug resistance comprising the same as an active ingredient. The novel di-substituted phenoxyacetyl-based compound of the present invention exhibits a suppressing activity on over-expression of P-glycoprotein (Pgp), which is a major cause of multiple drug resistance, and exhibits increased anticancer activity when administered conjointly with an anticancer agent such that it can be usefully employed in anticancer therapy as it can be used as a preparation for overcoming multiple drug resistance to anticancer agents, and as a therapeutic or a regulating preparation, and can enhance the effects of anticancer preparations and increase the survival rates of cancer patients, and can also lessen the side effects on normal cells since the dose(s) of the anticancer preparation(s) being used conjointly, can be reduced.
