The invention relates to a heat exchange system for heat exchange of pressurized substances comprising a heat exchanger, a first and a second pressure chamber, where said system is adapted for leading cold substance towards said first pressure chamber via said heat exchanger and hot substance from said second chamber via said heat exchanger, whereby said cold and hot substance exchange heat. The pressure chambers comprise a common headspace on top of said substances in said first and second pressure chambers. By using the system of the present invention bumping is avoided and a fairly high amount of energy can be saved compared to traditional systems.
