PURPOSE: An optical laminate and manufacturing method thereof are provided to have excellent durability and thin film type thin and light characteristic by combining a plastic sheet and a liquid cell substrate. CONSTITUTION: A glass plate(1) and a plastic sheet(3) are combined through an adhesive layer(2). The adhesive layer includes a polyvinylalcohol system resin and is comprised of adhesive component. The adhesive component includes a silane coupling agent and adds cross-linking agent.
