PURPOSE: A navigation method of a mobile terminal and method thereof are provided to display only a POI(Point Of Interest) to a road on a set path when the POI is selected. CONSTITUTION: A map matching unit(403) generates a vehicle estimation location. The map matching unit matches the vehicle estimation location and a link in the stored map data. A communication unit(408) receives real time traffic information. A control unit(407) generates road guide information. A display unit(405) displays a road guide map in the road guide information. A voice output unit(406) outputs a road guide voice information in the road guide information.
