PURPOSE: A composition for improving abiotic stress of a plant and a transgenic plant in which the composition is introduced are provided to overcome cultivation limitation and to enhance cold or freezing stress-resistance. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving abiotic stress resistance of a plant contains a nucleotide sequence encoding an amino acid of sequence number 2. The abiotic stress is cold or freezing stress. The composition contains a recombinant vector for plant expression. The recombinant vector comprises: a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 1; a promoter which is operatively liked to the nucleotide sequence; and a poly A signal sequence.
