PURPOSE: Device and method for measuring anti-oxidation ability are provided to easily evaluate anti-oxidation ability in a variety of manners in all fields. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring anti-oxidation ability comprises a container(100), an active-oxygen generator(200), optical fiber(300) and a light sensing unit(400). The container forms a space for holding a target. The active-oxygen generator generates active oxygen in the space. The active-oxygen generator comprises an electrode(210). The electrode performs electrolysis on an active-oxygen generating material, which is mixed with the target in the space. One end of the optical fiber is connected to the space and is externally extended. The light sensing unit is connected to the other end of the optical fiber. The light sensing unit converts the intensity of light to an electrical signal.
