<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect dirt of a laminate having a plurality of laminated layers even if the plurality of laminated layers are dislocated from each other. <P>SOLUTION: A laminate inspection device for detecting dirt between layers of a laminate having a plurality of laminated layers generates a comparison image by overlaying registered image data 10a to 10c of the plurality of layers in a state of not being laminated, in accordance with the dislocation between layers in the laminated state of the laminate, compares the comparison image and an image photographed by an image photographing part 30, and detects the compared difference as dirt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
